Calverley House

Calverley house is a new development in the heart of Tunbridge wells consisting of 90 studio, one and two bedroom apartments. We carried out a full electrical installation throughout the development including video entry, access control and CCTV installation. All finished to a high specification of design
Krome House
Location: Addlestone, Surrey

Krome House is an office to residential conversion into 39 flats. Full electrical installation will be completed throughout. Development is permitted for 39 units 37 x 1 bed + 2 x Studio with 2,000 sqft of A1 Retail unit on the ground floor level. Currently under construction/conversion into residential use. Construction is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2022
Knox Road
Location: East London
Duration: 12 Months

We have carried out a brand new electrical installation at Knox road. This is a new small development comprised of a purpose built block of 4 flats and a 3 bedroom house. We have worked closely with the architect and designer to complete this project to a high specification of design, including an intricate lighting design and electric access control gate system at the entry.
Lincoln house
Location: North London
Duration: 8 Months

Lincoln House was previously a commercial premises developed to accommodate for multiple housing association properties, including full rewire to domestic properties and communal areas.
Regents Centre
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

The development involves the conversion of four existing office blocks into residential apartments. The renovation will provide 257 apartments in total, comprising a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and duplex apartments. The new apartments will be provided over the 8 floors and basement level. We have now commenced works on the Horsley House section of the development, supplying a new installation throughout the building.
